Today’s Profound Body Positive Report for 12/7/15!

It’s SOOO easy to fool the camera!

Ate ‘way too much this weekend.  Took the kids to Korean BBQ….. inhaled a couple metric tons of chocolate….

Yep.   The pounds returned!

So.

This morning, I got meself to Planet Fitness to enjoy some ironizing:

Gosh my picture taking skills are amazing, ‘taint they?  🙂

But it was later on at the pool where I realized quite how different one can make oneself appear:

Fascinating, isn’t it?

Foodwise, mind you, the day was grand….

Bought some non-organic goodies:

and made

Mama Bear 3 Pepper Pot Pie…. minus the pot!

‘Twas made with:

  • 50% off turkey sale
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • onions
  • Mama Bear seasonings

Total cost was less than $10 to create….

And the family loved it.

I *did* come across half priced turkey burger meat as well:

I combined that today with:

  • 1 egg
  • Chopped onions
  • Soy sauce
  • Mesquite spices

and it’s currently marinating in the fridge… dinner tomorrow!  Again…

Less than $10

Your takeaway?

You don’t have to waste your money with organic foods.

In the vast majority of cases…. the cheap stuff works just as well.

Never buy food out of guilt.  I’m totally comfortable shunning organic foods because of the research I’ve done.

If that’s not you, no problem…. do as you see best.
