Today let’s begin with the “I give myself permission” series, ie:  “I give myself permission to recognize other people’s power over others.”

It’s a very powerful first step that will show you…

… you can fall prey to people who want to control your feelings.

One of the reasons why some people lack self-confidence…

… It’s because they give other people rent-free space in their minds… over them.

And sometimes bad things happen to good people like you.

Right now, this might even be happening to you…..

But the first step to fixing it is recognizing…. it happens to others.

Why?  Because “others” is not as threatening as “ourselves.”
