Tell yourself: I am capable of accepting I cannot change the past, but I can change the future. Day 25 of the Self Confidence Challenge
So nice for you to drop on by. Hope your day is moving along merrily!
Yesterday, we had chatted a bit about the importance of valuing at least one good thing about *yourself*.
And that, along with the concept of:
- Doing a good thing for someone else…
- Doing a good thing for yourself….
It helps strengthen the rock-solid foundation self-confidence requires.
Today, it’s time to honor something important:
Accept the fact you cannot change the past, but you can influence the future.
Why is this so critical?
Well…
… Dwelling on the pasts prevents us from opening our hearts to the future.
That’s basically it, in a nutshell.
To wit:
Honestly….
In essence…
The only the thing past offers you… is the ability to *learn* and *grow*.
Honor your mistakes.
Then let them go… and craft your future.
You *do* deserve it.
