Extremely Slow Body Positive Day for 12/4/15

So at the close of the day….

Good stuff accomplished…. but yep, running on empty.

Forgot to take my phone to PlanetFitness this morning (wah!) but did manage to get arm curls in and other exercises.  Good stuff that… but afterwards, as the kids had a half day…

My desire for swimming was totally non-existent.  🙁

Still though, did manage to get to SmashBurger to meet a grand highschool friend.  Heres one interesting thingee from the menu….

What about a nice normal … *hamburger bun*?

Good food mind you and great times.

Ah!  And because it was Friday, food for the family was Mama Bear Chicken Salad/Stock and Soup!

Super easy to make as well… stay tuned for the recipe!  In a nutshell, it includes:

  • Costco Chicken
  • Yellow Peppers
  • Romaine
  • Onions
  • Scallions
  • Curry powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Sesame Oil

And of course…

It’s all non-organic.

I refuse to waste my money on that industry.

Family loved it!

Unfortunately, during the afternoon, nonoptimalness struck so I was down and out for the count.

These things happen.

But still,  a very decent day indeed.
