Her dad, Jamie, 71, wants to intervene and put her back in another conservatorship.

In a deleted post, Britney, 42, wore a sparkly sheer top and matching miniskirt.
She added bracelets to her look as well as blue high heels.
According to The Daily Mail, in this deleted post, Britney told her followers that she wanted to celebrate by wearing her “first costume in six years.”
The pop singer also spoke in a baby voice in the video.

A second video that Britney took down from her Instagram was one of her using beauty products.
She only posted this video on Tuesday, but quickly took it down.
A fanpage for Britney reposted it to their page.
Her usual high-pitched voice was gone and instead she had a gravely one.
In the video, Britney demonstrated how to use a red light therapy device and a sculpting wand.
The singer put the red light device on her face and neck.

In her caption, she mentioned that her mom, Lynne, 69, does face care, but she found these products on her own.
The third post that is no longer on Britney’s social media is one of her wearing a see-through dress.
Britney posted the video on Monday and explained that she filmed this one right before she injured her foot.

She ran her hands down her outfit as she danced to Robin Thicke’s song, Lost Without U.
Because the dress was see-through, Britney’s black bra and and hot pink thong were visible.
The mother-of-two added tan-colored heels and a black choker to her look.
In her caption, she shared that she was “a bit heavier,” but had lost some weight since then.
Britney Spears’ conservatorship timeline
In September 2021, Britney’s case returned to a Los Angeles courtroom where Judge Brenda Penny made a number of bombshell rulings, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the month prior.
She ruled to rid Jamie of his daughter’s conservatorship, however, it did not mean the end of the conservatorship altogether.
Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I read in the filings, and I read everything. I do believe the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears.
“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds the toxic environment Jamie Spears has created needs to be removed today.”
Following the judge’s decision, a temporary conservator was put in Jamie’s place for about a month.
In early November 2021, Jamie was back in court filing new legal documents that show he’s done fighting.
Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for stepping down but documents at the time showed that he was not seeking any further compensation.
On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in favor of the pop star, removing Jamie from the position of conservator without requiring any further mental examination from Britney.
DAD’S WORRIES
Earlier this week, The U.S. Sun exclusively learned that Britney’s mental health is concerning and her dad wants to intervene.
According to the insider, the singer shows signs of instability that made Jamie decide to take control of her life through her conservatorship, which began in 2008 and ended in 2021.
Her father fears Britney may be on a downward mental health spiral and “could even die,” per the Spears family insider.
Jamie has told friends he is terrified his “baby girl will become sick again.”
Jamie and Lynne “worry that her desire to feel free and do as she pleases leads her to choices where she… or be led by others into problematic situations.”
“It is no secret that Britney has mental health issues [because] it was discussed openly in her court hearings and paperwork by her and conservators,” the source said.
“Then she was on a stable controlled system in place of medication and therapy, but now that has ended.”

‘CLEAR WORRIES’
The insider went on to say that Jamie is worried because he sees similarities in her behavior from 2007 and 2008.
“He knows that he has been portrayed as the bad guy by his daughter and the Free Britney movement, but he maintains that his actions saved her life,” the source shared.
“He worries that he may have to try and take a similar step again because her mental welfare seems to be spiraling.”
Although Jamie sees signs that Britney is sick again, he says his hands are tied.
He believes he fought so hard to keep her alive and now he worries that she is spiraling again.
“A key factor in this recent problem is that Britney became very riled and forlorn over losing her court case to her father over trying to get him to cover court costs in the conservatorship,” the source said.
The struggle between them has been “problematic for years.”
Britney thinks that her father stole her money, up to $36 million, while he had control over her for 13 years.
However, when their dispute was solved, she had to pay Jamie $2 million for his legal bills.
