Today starts the week – woot!
Today I’d like to chat about habits. To be precise, *your* habits.
They make or break you, you know.
If you have a habit of talking down to yourself…..
Guaranteed, you’re already on the wrong track for achieving your most prized goal.
But if that little voice inside your head is your friend… and not your foe…
You’ll have an edge most people could only admire.
You know what I’m talking about, right?
- Being able to look on the bright side of things…
- Being willing to let go…
- Being okay with making mistakes.
So for today’s body-positive post…..
Give yourself permission to accept where you with your body….
And look towards the future.
Remember – the past is etched in stone and can never be revisited…..
But it CAN be used as a springboard to the future.
