If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return my pod?
Eight Sleep offers a 30-day trial so if you return your pod within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible to receive a full refund. To request a return, email Eight Sleep at support@eightsleep.com.
How do I track my order?
On your confirmation email, you will receive a link to track your order where you can check your order status. Most items will be shipped within 7 business days but it is best to check the specific product page for the current shipping timeline.
What is Autopilot?
Eight Sleep’s innovative Pod design has an autopilot feature that adjusts your sleep environment. It will track the preferred temperature and elevation of the bed and will adjust it accordingly. Plus it can track and reduce your snoring and provides a daily report of your sleep.
Can I purchase the pod without the Autopilot subscription?
All Pods come with an Autopilot subscription commitment for the first 12 months. You have the option to cancel your subscription anytime after your purchase but this will only reflect after the billing period has passed.
How many people can sleep in the pod?
The pod is designed with couples in mind. This means that each side of the bed has independent settings so you and your partner enjoy personalized temperatures. To add a partner to the pod, you both will need to log in with separate email addresses. You can then invite your partner to join the pod via the app.

Extended warranty: All Eight Sleep pods come with a 2-year limited warranty but if you subscribe to the enhanced autopilot subscription, you automatically receive a 5-year warranty for your pod. The enhanced autopilot subscription is $25 per month, just $8 more than the standard autopilot plan.
Shop the bundle: If you shop the sleep bundle or the mattress alongside your pod, you get $50 on the sleep bundle and $100 off on the mattress. The sleep bundle includes one white pod sheet, one pod protector, and two air pillows.

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
