Social Media is No Longer a Private Space, but a Portfolio Sheet of Life in the Era of Convergence

JAKARTA – Social media is no longer a private space, but has become a portfolio of life in the era of convergence, with today’s creative industries highlighting the expertise of professional digital persona packaging.

In order to provide a real perspective from the digital media industry, the D4 Media Production Study Program of the Emtek Digital Media Institute (IMDE) held a practitioner lecture entitled “Content Creator 101: Social Media Strategies to Build Your Personal Brand as a Portfolio.”

“Don’t start with the question ‘What do I want to make content?’, but start with ‘Who do I want to be known as?’. Determine your positioning first” “your niche,” said Meisya, launching a written statement, Saturday (30/5).

On this occasion, Sallwa dissected the formula for building a strong digital presence, ranging from Identity, Content, Trust, Personal Branding, to giving birth to Value.

He explained, individuals must combine public speaking skills, authenticity and reputation so that content does not feel generic.

“This is where it is important to formulate strategies so that we can post with direction,” he explained.
