NHN Data said on Tuesday it added Insight, an Instagram data-based analytics service, to its marketing solution SocialBiz.
SocialBiz is an Instagram direct message (DM) automation-focused marketing solution developed in collaboration with Meta. The newly added Insight will be provided free to SocialBiz users. It delivers reports that comprehensively analyse operating status, content performance and the level of DM automation use based on account activity data.
Insight consists of a “diagnostic service” and a “growth service”. The diagnostic service is provided once upon signing up for SocialBiz. It analyses the number of followers, account grade, reach rate and engagement rate, allowing users to objectively check their position within their industry category. The growth service provides weekly reports containing detailed indicators such as follower trends and account performance. It can track day-by-day changes for up to 90 days.
NHN Data strengthened service competitiveness with the introduction of Insight, following the addition of a “link” service to SocialBiz in December last year that shares various content and external channels through a single link.
