Love 4 Pets: Oscar (Lincoln County), Blaze (Bernalillo County)

Learn how you can give a fur-ever home to one of these two pals – or both of them!

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — We’re teaming up with two New Mexico shelters to show our Love 4 Pets!

We have Oscar from the Humane Society of Lincoln County. He is a handsome, Rottweiler mix with the world’s softest heart. Oscar may look big and serious but he’s really a total sweetheart who just wants to be close to his people. He loves to play and leans in for full body hugs.

Oscar is fun, polite and happiest when he knows he’s making you smile. You can visit Oscar at the Humane Society of Lincoln County in Ruidoso.

Next, we have Blaze. He has been waiting almost four months for someone to see just how special he is. He’s a 7-year-old English coonhound mix who may be a senior on paper but you can see he’s got some pep in his step. He also has a nose that will never miss a scent.

Blaze is a smart boy who knows sit and has impressive recall. He loves other dogs and really loves the outdoors.

You can visit Blaze at the Bernalillo County Animal Care Center on 2nd Street in Albuquerque.
