The new year is the perfect time to set new intentions, especially when it comes to our careers.
So, to support entrepreneurs and professionals alike, Showpo Founder Jane Lu has introduced a miniseries from her business podcast The Lazy CEO – with a focus on personal branding.

Each morning this week, listeners are being treated to a short and sharp episode, each exploring a specific topic all about personal branding.
Jane delves into why it is so important to build our personal brand and how exactly to go about it.
Jane launched The Lazy CEO in May 2023 as a platform to share her journey of building one of Australia’s most recognisable fashion brands, Showpo.
Rather than following conventional routes, she relied on personal branding, storytelling, and a strong connection with her audience of over 600,000.
The Lazy CEO: ‘How To Build Your Personal Brand In 2026’ Miniseries aims to not only give listeners an insight into Jane’s own journey, but also help theirs, no matter where they may be starting.
Jane said “In 15 years of business, I’ve learned a thing or two the hard way about what it really takes to build a brand. I also know I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t take the risk early on to put my face out there, build my personal brand, post those cringy videos and just show up. I’ve seen how building my personal brand has completely reinvented the wheel for me and opened up so many opportunities, and I can’t wait to share how you can do this too in my miniseries coming to the podcast from today.”
Jane and the Showpo community recently celebrated the brand’s 15th birthday with a modern rebrand and a birthday party that will go down in the history books, showcasing her impact as both a founder and a personal branding expert.

The first episode of The Lazy CEO: ‘How To Build Your Personal Brand In 2026’ Miniseries launched on Monday, with new episodes to be released each morning this week. now on the free iHeart app or wherever you get your podcasts.
