Lumo Versus Rose Orbs: What’s The Difference?

Thankfully, Lumo (Bound) is one of the most common currencies in the game, given for just about anything you do in addition to other currencies and rewards.

When you explore the world, you’ll often find NPC shopkeepers in towns and settlements, all of whom will offer a variety of items for purchase. If you’re interested in grabbing anything, be sure to bring plenty of Lumo (Bound). The primary use for these Lumo, though, is to improve your class skills. Be sure to consult the information for your chosen Spec to ensure you’re pouring your hard-earned Lumo (Unbound) into the best skills for your play style.

Bound Versus Unbound Currencies

In Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, you’ll find a whole slew of currencies to accumulate and spend at your leisure, and while most of them are pretty straightforward, your two primary currencies have separate iterations in the game, and you’ll accumulate them differently throughout. These two currency types are referred to as Bound or Unbound currencies, which are denoted on your currency icons is a small chain in the lower-right corner on Bound currencies.

The two main currency types both have Bound and Unbound versions, but Unbound currencies are rarer and therefor harder to obtain. They also offer access to rarer items as rewards, so you may want to be a little more selective on how you spend Unbound currencies!
