Rather than focusing solely on pedigree, the light-hearted competition featured playful categories including Most Like Their Owner and Coolest Canine/Pup.
Dogs and their owners could also watch agility demonstrations and pick up tips and advice during interactive training sessions.

A host of independent traders set up stalls around the event, offering everything from gourmet dog treats and toys to leads and outdoor accessories.
There were plenty of opportunities for visitors to explore the wider Raby estate too.
Admission to Bark in the Park included access to the Deer Park and Raby’s five-acre Walled Gardens, giving owners the chance to enjoy an autumn walk with their dogs.
The event provided plenty of memorable sights as dogs ranging from tiny pups to much larger breeds explored the grounds and posed for pictures.
Bark in the Park has become a popular fixture in Raby Castle’s events calendar, bringing together dogs and their owners for a day celebrating all things canine.
