It seems like the year 2025 was all about cat memes and hilariously adorable cat videos. First, we got the ‘Yapapa Ummm Yapapa Haane’, a cat meme that took over the internet faster than the speed of light. So much so that it’s fair to say that the last few months of 2025 became all about a cute orange cat doing ‘Yappa Yappa’ on everyone’s screen! The cat was hardly out of people’s minds and their internet algorithm, when another entered the ‘internet town’ out of nowhere, and turned into a hit. All in all, it seems like social media- especially cat lovers- are going to end their year with two cat memes in hand– the ‘Yappa Yappa cat’ and the ‘Ay Mi Gatito Miau Miau’ cat!
