TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – It’s off to the races at West Ridge Mall in Topeka, the weenie races.
The mall will host the 16th annual Petland’s Weenie Dog Races. They’ll take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4. Dachshunds will race to the finish line with prizes for the three fastest. In addition, they’ll award the biggest, smallest and best dressed four-legged contestants.
The fun can be found on the lower level of the mall by the old Sears location. Participants can register inside Petland.
