The best way to have a better day is to smile, and the best way to smile is to scroll through some cat memes.
This is an inarguable fact: a day started with a smile is a day started on the right paw. And we are full of determination that this day will be a good day. For that, we need to start it right – with a proper smile. Of course, there are all kinds of things that we can do to make ourselves smile first thing in the morning, but essentially all of those things require getting out of bed and doing things. And that defeats the point. We want to smile before we face the cold of the winter, before we leave the comfort of our beds, and the only way to do that is, of course, with some funny cat memes.

Any change in routine is difficult for a cat to handle, even the smallest things. But lemons. On her favorite sitting spot. Really, that is simply offensive. Everyone knows that lemons are stinky and terrible, and you putting it there is worthy of the most forceful form of revenge. Seriously, you either remove that thing from there right meow or be ready to face the consequences, because consequences will be had.

First of all, yes, it is true that everywhere is a cat’s sleeping spot, and you putting anything anywhere your cat is not expecting to see it is purrsonally offensive to the cat. Second of all, there is something specifically about puzzles that seems to draw cats. It’s the little pieces spread everywhere, we think, and the way that we are concentrated on these pieces instead of on giving treats to our cats. They don’t understand it. All they know is that pieces like this are very easy and fun to move around, and once you do, you immediately get your human’s attention. Which you must have at all times. Even when you don’t want the humans touching you. They should still want to. It is their job to serve you whenever you so much as blink in their general direction.
