Macquarie’s Future Secure AI nears pre-IPO raise at $1.8b valuation


Future Secure AI, the developer of autonomous employee tools, has assembled a star-studded investor base as it hits the final lap of a private fundraising round with a $US1.3 billion ($1.8 billion) valuation cap ahead of its sharemarket debut.

AirTrunk founder Robin Khuda, Paul Bassat’s Square Peg, Dion Hershan’s Yarra Capital Management, Patrick Hodgens’ Firetrail Investments and Macquarie Asset Management, an existing investor, have led Future Secure AI’s pre-IPO fundraising round being arranged by JPMorgan and Macquarie Capital. Stockbroker Morgans’ high-net-worth clients have also tipped in.
