Topsfield Fair officials are asking vendors to beware of a scam connected to vendor bookings for this year’s 208th festival.
“At this time, we highly recommend that any vendor who believes they have secured space at the 2026 Topsfield Fair please contact the Fair office directly at 978-887-5000,” General Manager James O’Brien said in a statement released on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
O’Brien did not share additional details about the scam or indicate how many vendors may have been targeted, according to NewsCenter 5.
The Topsfield Fair is scheduled to run Friday, Oct. 2, through Monday, Oct. 12.
Advance admission tickets start at $15 online, plus a $3 convenience fee. Three-day passes are $45. Admission tickets purchased during the fair’s run are $20 per day, plus the convenience fee. Children younger than 8 are free with a paying adult.
