President Donald Trump, 80, is still teasing a 2028 run for president.

Trump posted an AI-generated image of himself on Truth Social Saturday wearing a “Trump 2028” hat.

“We are going to win,” writing at the bottom of the image says.

The Constitution forbids Trump from running for a third term, but when has the Constitution ever mattered to him? Trump routinely posts AI images teasing a 2028 run, and even sells Trump 2028 merch.

Trump, who routinely appears to fall asleep in public, will be 82 in 2028. He posted other AI images on Saturday, including one of him on horseback alongside George Washington. There is no evidence that Trump has ever ridden a horse.

Trump acknowledged on Tuesday that the law “is very strong” when it comes to not being able to run for a third term.

“The law is very strong on that,” he told a reporter about running for another term. “I’d love to run, but the law is very strong. I get asked by everyone, even tonight, they’re screaming at the event, ‘2028!’ No, everybody wants me to do it, but the law is very strong.”
