In a published video, Katie Pham emphasized that in the field of AI, legal norms are far from always aligned with the interests and good of society. According to the expert, software, hardware platforms, public administration, and overall regulatory policy are inextricably linked. She also expressed admiration for the presence of specialized teams within the development structure that conduct preliminary AI safety assessments at the early stages of design.
