Denison University is launching Tomorrow Tech Institute, a four-day residential summer camp focused on artificial intelligence and data skills for high school students. It is designed for students entering grades 9-12 and will take place June 22-25 on campus, according to a community announcement.
The camp aims to prepare students for a future shaped by AI and data analytics. Participants will work in teams to solve real-world problems for businesses and nonprofit organizations. The curriculum includes hands-on projects, mentorship from Denison faculty and industry professionals and opportunities to present findings to clients.
“The camp will be academic, hands-on and fun,” said Lori Robbins, Denison’s head of AI strategy. “Students only need to bring their curiosity and a willingness to learn.”
Tomorrow Tech Institute offers a mix of experiential learning and college preview activities. Key features include:
