NHN Data announced on the 3rd that it has advanced its function by installing the analysis service “Insight” in its marketing solution “SocialBiz.”

SocialBiz is a marketing solution focused on Instagram DM (direct message) automation developed in collaboration with Meta. It is suitable for ultra-personalized marketing by sending various customized DMs according to customer behavior such as automatic reply to comments on releases and posts, and reply to story comments.

The newly added ‘INSIGHT’ to SocialBiz is an Instagram data-based analysis service provided free of charge to socialBiz users. Based on account activity data, the operation status, content performance, and the level of DM automation utilization are comprehensively analyzed and provided in the form of a report.

In particular, after combining Instagram and DM automation data held by SocialBiz, it compares and analyzes figures by industry category to help systematic marketing leading to “diagnosis-insight derivation-operation strategy establishment.”

Insight is largely composed of ‘diagnosis service’ and ‘growth service’. The diagnostic service is provided once when subscribing to SocialBiz, and a report that analyzes the number of Instagram followers, account rating, reach rate, and response rate is published. It is possible to objectively check the position of the customer account within the selected category.

The growth service provides a report containing detailed indicators such as follower trends, category strategy comparison, account performance, and social-vis data analysis on a weekly basis. In addition to giving account tiers and scores, you can track changes in followers, number of posts, reach, and response rates by date in detail for up to 90 days.

In December last year, NHN Data added a “link” service to SocialBiz that integrates various contents and external channels into one page and can share them in a single link. Through the addition of the ‘INSIGHT’ service, it has further strengthened its service competitiveness by supporting the strategic implementation of Instagram operations and marketing.
