Posted here are screenshots of a phishing email that has been circulating among local builders, residents, and City staff.
The message appears to come from the Historic District Council and includes an invoice. While it may look convincing at first glance, it is not legitimate.
For clarity, the Historic District Council would never send invoices or requests for payment via email.
If you receive such a message, please disregard it and follow your email server’s guidelines for handling spam.
