Zagreb hosts global conference on science, religion, and AI ethics


AhlulBayt News Agency: The ninth edition of the international conference on science, religion, artificial intelligence-ethical aspect to be held at the Islamic Center of Zagreb with scholars and scientific figures from across the globe in attendance.

The Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari will represent the Islamic Republic of Iran at this conference which is set to be held April 24-25.

The international deputy of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Hujjat-ul-Islam Sayyed Mohammadreza Mortazavi will also attend the conference as another member of the Iranian delegation to the event.

The conference is held to promote interfaith and intercultural dialogue with the scholars discussing the opportunities and challenges the artificial intelligence brings to the modern society.

The two-day scientific meeting is co-organized by the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, the Islamic Center of Croatia, and also the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
