So! Have you heard of the latest AI from China called DeepSeek? If not, it totally disrupted the world of AI with how cheap it was to build, and possibly, you might have an insane desire to test it out.
IGNORE THAT INSANE DESIRE!!
IF you want to test out DeepSeek, you should FIRST look at its Privacy Policy. You’ll also see if you try to authenticate with, say, Google:
“…Technical Information. We collect certain device and network connection information when you access the Service. This information includes your device model, operating system, keystroke patterns or rhythms, IP address, and system language. We also collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information, including crash reports and performance logs. We automatically assign you a device ID and user ID. There’s actually a whole lot more. I just asked ChatGPT all about it – you can check those logs over here. So for me, I personally would never use it myself.
