Cats have no issues letting you know when they’re unhappy. Unlike dogs, who are generally happy to see their people, cats are a lot more particular and opinionated. To earn their trust and acceptance can feel like winning the lottery.
Enter Sasha, a gorgeous fluffy cat with a lot of big feelings—mostly anger—because her pet sitter had the audacity to enter her home to feed her. But it’s her unique “barking” and “growling” that will have you replaying the clip over and over.
As explained in the caption, Sasha isn’t @brblegday’s baby, and he’s learned by now to never approach—she will dictate if or when she’d like a good petting. Clearly she did not want that in the hilarious 17-second clip.
Since she’d already been fed, the grumpy kitty who’s living a “happy princess lifestyle” just wanted to warn the kind pet sitter who’s in charge here. That, with her pre-annoyed face before letting him have it, are the most cat things ever.
Whatever got Sasha worked up, nearly 500 people took to the comments, if only to share in the shock of hearing a feline take on a dog’s traits.
“The mail carrier must be in the neighborhood,” one person joked. “Whaaaat?? First time hearing a barking cat, for sure! Bring on the barking floof!” another wrote.

Others crowned the sassy queen as the new Sasha Fierce adding, “I am her! She is me! And I’m absolutely in love with Sasha.”
Though the kitty only makes an appearance twice on the sitter’s TikTok page, the second video gives deeper insight on Sasha’s complicated feelings and you can tell by her perturbed face, she’s over it.
As one person pointed out, Sasha offers “a loving rub while hissing” and is capable of “hissing, growling, meowing and barking all in one sentence.”
