‘Dog’gone Funny Comedy Show’ raises funds, awareness for Cincinnati Animal Care

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Cincinnati Animal CARE took center stage for the “Dog’ Gone Funny Comedy Show,” an event aimed at raising money and awareness for Hamilton County’s animal shelter. The show Saturday at Urban Artifact in Northside featured Cincinnati’s best comics and touring comedians, drawing attention to the shelter’s cause.

Adoptable shelter dogs were part of the audience, ready to meet their potential new families. The event will also be featured on the PBS docuseries ‘Shelter Me’, which highlights the magic of shelter pets and the communities that rally behind them.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the shelter.
