According to Shubham, this shift is somewhat concerning. “From a passive assistant, AI has now become an active collaborator—sometimes even delegated to take the lead,” he observes. “This is where the need for ethical AI truly emerges.”

Early in his career, Shubham was inspired by AI’s potential not only to drive industry efficiency but to solve real-world challenges across finance, healthcare, security, sustainability, and digital equity. Milestones like IBM Watson’s ability to process vast medical data and AlphaGo’s superhuman strategic thinking reinforced his belief in AI’s transformative potential.
